ANNUAL REPORTS / MEETING MINUTES
The “annual reports” are filed by all ministry leaders at the end of each fiscal year. They are then collated in the office and released to the congregation for their review before the Annual General Meeting.
Likewise, minutes are drafted of all our “congregational”-type meetings and filed here for review.
The AGM was held on Tuesday, June 21st at 7 pm. Draft Minutes.

ANNUAL CHARITABLE RETURNS
These are the official reports all charities must file with the Canada Revenue Agency on an annual basis, showing our activities as a charity – our income, who we gave money to, and so forth.
(Other years are also obtainable on the same page. )
ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORTS
These get released to the congregation, and are sent to Canada Revenue Agency on an annual basis.
In any church, it is important to have well-thought-out policies and procedures, both to prevent anything untoward from happening to begin with, and to help everyone (especially new people and leaders) know how things are “done” at Bethel.
IMPORTANT NOTE: in case of any contradictions or errors between online documentation and printed documentation, the provisions of the printed paper copy of the Policy Manual (which is found in the office) shall prevail.
This is a “work in progress”. Do not hesitate to contact Carmen, our Church Administrator, should you have any questions, comments or suggestions.
The aim of these policies is as follows:
- Ethics – to ensure that everything that is done at Bethel answers both of the questions, “Can we do this?” AND “Ought we do this?”
- Conflict of Interest – to ensure that no staff member, leader or volunteer at Bethel benefits financially or materially from their involvement with the church (in an unethical manner).
- Whistleblower – to ensure that any staff member, leader or volunteer is free to address any situation without fear of reprisals from supervisors or other leaders.
- Privacy – to ensure that personal information provided to Bethel Church is treated confidentially and kept securely.
