Even if you are unable to go with us on the trip you can still help out. There are a number of items and ways you can help this ministry. Please see the list below and contact Amy at afgrendel@hotmail.com for more information.
Women’s Ministry
- Refreshments: We are looking for sweet breads and other baked goods that can be frozen and taken up to be served during our Women’s Craft Nights
- Books: We would appreciate used or new childrens books, devotionals and other resources you might have
- Bibles: We would appreciate NEW woman’s study bibles (looking for about 20)
- Craft Supplies: We will be making cards with ladies and will need glue sticks, scissors, paper trimmers, scrapbook paper (paper packs are great), craft mats, black stamp ink, pencil crayons, and other items. We will be purchasing specific items from Marchants Stamp Store if you would prefer to provide us with gift certificates for there.
- Care Package items: We will be pampering the ladies with manicures and care packs of hand lotions, nail polish, etc. We would appreciate NEW lotions, nail polish and other pampering items.
Children’s Ministry
- We are currently putting together a list of items that we will need for this 5 day ministry. Please check back soon for a specific list of items
Prayer Support
We also covet your prayer support. Please pray for:
- Team commitment: that there would be a large group of volunteers able to go up and minister during the week
- That we would hear back from the school on dates and availability of the building
- That we would be able to confirm living arrangements quickly
- That there would be a large turn out of women and teens for these new ministry opportunities in the evening. And that their hearts would be open to what we have to say and be willing to get to know us
- That we as the team would be preparing our hearts for this trip
