In 1 Timothy chapter 4 we learn that Timothy is experiencing criticism from people who think he's too young to be preaching. Do you think that impacted his inner narrative too? Timothy is discovering that sometimes God calls us to places where negative voices are really loud. And in those times it is so important to find a voice of encouragement -- just like Paul was to Timothy.
