Recently, Middle School students have been studying the prophesies about Jesus in Isaiah and they’ve also been diving into the amazing stories of Paul and the early church in the book of Acts.
On Sunday mornings during the 1st church service, grade 6-8 students start in the Sanctuary with their parents for worship, and then head out with Pastor Connor for a separate teaching time. They explore the themes of the bible together which lead to some really good conversations!
Our High School students meet on Friday nights for games, movies, Bible teaching and worship lead by their very own Youth Band!
This year, High School students been studying the letters to the 7 church in Revelation, asking themselves the question “If Jesus wrote you a personal letter, what would it say?” They have also looked at the life and leadership of Joshua, focusing on the question “Do we seek the Lord for guidance on the small issues in our lives or only the big ones?”
On Sunday mornings, High School students participate in the entire church service with their family or friends.
Retreats are a big part of the Bethel Youth experience throughout the year. Often held at Camp IAWAH, these weekend adventures help students create community, build friendships, grow in confidence, and encounter Jesus outside of their day to day lives.
