The Annual General Meeting of Bethel Church, Kingston shall be held on Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at 7:00 pm in the UPPER ROOM of the church. (Originally advertised as the Sanctuary.)

A Zoom link is also available if you can’t come to the church.

This will be a  time to gather for prayer, to review of the year that has been, and to attend to business matters. Everyone is invited, however only the Members will be able to vote on business items.

Please review the Annual Report 2021-2022 for information to prepare for the meeting, including:

• Nominations for Director and Elders positions (pg. 30)
• Motions for the AGM (pg. 31)
• 2022-2023 Annual Budget, as previously approved in May (pg. 32)
• Audited financial statements for the year ending April 30, 2022 (pg. 39)
