We live in an extremely busy culture and no one needs to be convinced that we are in dire need of rest. The bible even tells us in various places that we are to take a Sabbath day of rest...but who has time?! Maybe we need to shift our understanding of the purposes of Sabbath rest, and to lean into the freedom that God has for us when we trust Him fully with our time.
